Purchasing Departmental Software

Vendors have been approved for software purchases for UB-owned computers. The purchase of departmental computer software can be processed using procurement cards, purchase orders and speed orders. Purchases must meet required Purchasing guidelines.

Software Available Through UB

Software from Logisoft Academic Solutions

Software for UB-owned computers; available titles include:

• Microsoft Open Licenses (Visio, Project, Windows Server, etc.)
• Parallels
• Adobe Software (Use the SUNY Adobe CLP Agreement 4400320487)

Please note:
Adobe fulfills your license order, media download and codes electronically through the Adobe licensing portal. The end-user (licensee) on the license order receives an email granting access to the Adobe portal to download the required media and generate an installation code. See your IT node team for assistance with proper licensee information before placing your order to ensure they will have access to this portal to download media and provide support assistance upon receipt of the product.
